Yes. Samples are collected by trained, licensed professionals using proper medical procedure, with the same hygiene and safety standards you would expect in a clinic. At Home Doc operates under a Qatar Ministry of Public Health licence and follows established clinical guidelines.
How long does a doctor take to arrive?
A licensed GP reaches you within two to four hours for acute, non-emergency conditions. If what you are describing needs emergency care, we will tell you that plainly and direct you to it instead.
What can a doctor treat at home?
Home visits suit acute, non-emergency situations — fever, common infections, minor injuries, and after-hours care when a clinic is closed. Emergencies belong in an emergency department, and we will always say so. Describe what is happening on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether a home visit is the right call.
