About you

Two quick details, so the rest of the questions are the right ones to ask.

Know where you stand. Before anything tells you.

Twenty-two questions, about three minutes, and a straight answer about which checks are worth your time. Free, and nothing to sign up for.

  • About 3 minutes
  • 5 areas of health
  • No card, no account

Not a diagnosis. A direction.

It tells you what it doesn't know

No questionnaire can diagnose anything, and this one doesn't pretend otherwise. What it can do is separate the things you have measured from the things you have been meaning to.

Five areas, not one verdict

Heart, metabolic, movement, sleep and prevention are scored separately. A strong overall number hiding one weak area is exactly the thing worth seeing.

It ends with something specific

Not “live healthier”. A named panel, what it measures, what it costs, and the option to talk to a doctor first if none of it feels right.

What gets scored

  • Heart & circulationBlood pressure, cholesterol and the things that quietly move them.
  • Metabolic healthHow your body handles sugar, fat and energy day to day.
  • Movement & strengthThe single habit with the widest effect on every other marker.
  • Sleep & stressRest is not a luxury marker — it shows up in the bloodwork.
  • Prevention & screeningWhether anyone has actually looked, and how recently.

Before you start

Is the free health check really free?

Yes. There is no payment, no card and no account to create. You answer 22 short questions, you see your result immediately, and nothing is unlocked behind a paywall. If a test or a doctor's visit would help, we say which one and what it costs — and you decide.

Does the health check diagnose anything?

No, and it is not designed to. It is a health awareness tool built from what you tell us about your habits and your past test results. It cannot rule a condition in or out, and it is not a substitute for seeing a doctor. What it does well is narrow down which checks are worth doing next, so that a conversation with a doctor starts further along.

How long does the health check take?

About three minutes. There are 22 questions, one on the screen at a time, and every one of them is multiple choice — there is nothing to type and nothing to look up in advance.

What happens to my answers?

They stay in your browser. The check is calculated on your own device, your answers are never written into the page address, and they are not sent to us at all — unless you choose to send yourself the summary on WhatsApp, in which case the message contains only what you can already see on your screen.

Do I have to book a test after the health check?

No. Plenty of people finish the check, read their result, and do nothing that week — that is a legitimate outcome. If the result does point at something worth measuring, you can book the specific package it suggests, or talk it through with a doctor at home first and decide afterwards.
